- 1954 : Maurice Mauffrey creates "Transport Maurice Mauffrey". Placed to Pouxeux (Vosges) it is specialized in the transport of forest products. The company counts then 3 employees.
- 1965 : Creation of the Limited company " Transports Mauffrey S.A " and move in St Nabord's premises. The company counts then 65 employees and a park "vehicles" of 60 trucks. The activity extends in numerous sectors and the services diversify with in particular the arrival of the first tanks.
- 1974 : Opening of the first subsidiary of the Group in Paris which will become "Mauffrey Île de france". Will follow a strong development by creation or external growth: Rouen, Lille, Valréas, Lyon, Metz ...
- 1987 : Beginning of the Logistic activity.
- 1994 : The Mauffrey Group launches the AMF activity (Alternative Moving Floor system).
- 1997 : Implementation of a Training center integrated into the company: Trans-Formation.
- 1998 : Grouping of the transverse services within a central structure : Financière Mauffrey, holding company of the Group for 28 sites and 1500 employees.
- 2001 : Beginning of the international activity with the creation of two subsidiaries: Fimalux in Luxembourg and Fimapol in Poland.
- 2005 : The whole fleet is equipped with the system of in-cab computing, Transics.
- 2009 : Creation of "Mauffrey Développement Europe" to face the increase of the European exchanges and accompany our customers outside our borders.
