Objectives to reach
Every year new goals are fixed. These are regularly followed by all the professionals of the site. They decide during meetings of the improvements or solutions to be brought. Management tools, dashboards, corrective and preventive actions are set up and checked during internal and external audits (AFAQ and tankers audits).
